Dear Awakeners,
Welcome to Immortal Awakening, we’ve been waiting for you for so long!
The design and development of all games are long-term and with large workloads, even if we have undergone a lot of testing and quality verification before going online, we still cannot completely avoid the occurrence of in-game problems. Here we sincerely invite you to join the event of Bug Hunters, to help improve the game and gain rewards at the same time!
Details of the event are as follows:
1. Event time: December 9, 2022 to January 7, 2023.
2. How to report: File a ticket through in-game Customer Service, by clicking the Windmill icon on the bottom left main screen.
3. Bug Types:
>a. User interface display errors
Some of the words are written over the frame limits, if you find any of those, please report with 50 Topaz each as a reward.
>b. Translation Errors
Some words in the game might be misspelled or not being translated properly, if you find any of those, please report them with 50 Topaz each as reward.
>c. Functional bugs
Can't use items or something not functioning as expected such as "Can't enter Dungeon". The kind of bugs will be rewarded with 200 Topaz each!
>d. Other issues
4. We’ve also prepared a bonus for players who take part in the event, which will be delivered when the Open Beta is released:
First prize – 1,000 Diamonds + 1,000 Topaz, 1 player;
Second prize - 500 Diamonds + 1000 Topaz, 2 players;
Third prize - 500 Topaz, 10 players.
Tip: Normal hunter reward will be delivered to your character within 48 hours; bonus rewards will be delivered in 72 hours after the event ends;
The more bugs you report, the higher chance you will win the lucky rewards!
